Winter Art Gallery

I am very happy to announce that I have some work up at the Hilton Head Island Library! A friend and fellow artist, Andrea Glover invited me to show off some of my work along with hers. At the library there is a pretty long hallway where local artists hang their work to show off for the passers by and Andrea took one wall and gave me the other. Thank you! ^^
It was a very fun experience and I have already received some very nice feedback from the few people that I met while setting up! Oh yeah, and finding 36 frames was also a blast. (37 if you included the about me one!)

Winter... don't be so mean.

It is cold... so very very cold today, although its not as cold as it is in the north I guess. But still! I am too cold for comfort!

Above is Winter. She is a quiet, but friendly girl. A bit too shy to become true friends with anyone, well at least with those of us who enjoy conversation. Maybe one day she will warm up to others... but I believe for now she enjoys her alone time.

Orange-riffica!

So here is one of my souvenirs from my trip to China! It took me forever to pick one of the Chinese Minority Dolls because they were all just so cute! The only other things I bought while there were 5 little fortune figurines that are super cute as well and I gave 4 of them away to friends and kept one for myself!

I didnt do a lot of sight seeing on my trip. All work and no play... awww, but I still had a good time! I took tons of pictures on the trip and need to sift through them this weekend. I might make a slide show or something because there are so many photos! I also have some sort of uneventful video too that I may post!

Still sick... still tired... but I am alive and trying to do things... I'm just snailing!

I have returned!

So I went to China and came back... SICK! Of course. Anywho I will have some pictures and details to share soon and get back into doing some photography and illustrations as well!

I have never flown so much in my life! Over the course of 3 weeks I have been on either 11 or 12 planes. Scanned and questioned and all that jazz... 5 Hotels in 10 days. I'm pretty tired and hungry now, but I had fun! Not much site seeing went on because the trip was for work... and there was good food and there was really really bad food.
